ReturnsIf you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it within 5 days of receipt for a refund less a 20% handling charge (except for earrings due to hygiene reasons, Bespoke items & Crystal bouquets). They must be returned unused in original condition recorded or special delivery (however they were sent to you) & obtain proof of postage. Returns postage to be paid by yourself. Must be in original packaging. Damages to be reported within 24 hours of receipt, once returned back to me I will send out a replacement & a refund for the returns postage will be given. Please e-mail me if you are returning your order.
