Q - I have a particular colour that I would like a handmade tiara made in, how will you know my exact colour?
A - If it is a particlar shade I normally ask for a small sample of your material & then let you know if it is possible.

Q - Do you have a catalogue?
A - Sorry I don't have a catalogue. The website is regularly updated with any new products.

Q - How long will my order take to be despatched?
A - The waitlist for Handmade items varies according to the workload at that time but can take anything from 2- 8 weeks. For exact times email me. If you need something in a hurry please email me & i will do my best to help.

Q - Can i return my tiara if its not right?
A- I do offer a refund if returned within 7 days from receipt. No p&p can be refunded & there is a 10% charge deducted from the refund as they are made to order.

Q - I don't see a style on the website anymore, did you discontinue it?
A - Possible or it could be that it is temporarily out of stock. If you know the product name and colour, etc, contact me and I can let you know for definite.

Q - Do you accept orders outside of the UK?
A - Absolutely, please see terms and conditions

Q - Do you have a shop?
A - Unfortunately I don't have a shop, I am internet mail order only.

Q - My wedding is in two weeks can I still order?
A - Possibly, contact me before placing your order & I will let you know if I can help.

Q - How do I pay?
A - You can either pay by cheque or credit/debit card through paypal, please see payment details in Ordering section

Q - How long until I receive my order?
A - This can change on a daily basis according to the work load & time of year, for approx times please see the Ordering section

Q - Can I return earrings?
A - No sorry I dont except returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
